Registration

• You must create an account to use Play Tribe Fun
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• Each user is permitted only one account
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must not share your account credentials with anyone
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account

Permitted Use

You may use Play Tribe Fun for lawful purposes only, including:

• Creating fantasy cricket teams
• Participating in free contests
• Tracking player performance and leaderboards

Prohibited Activities

You must not:

Contest Participation

• All contests on Play Tribe Fun are 100% free
• You can create multiple teams and join multiple contests
• Teams must be finalized before the match deadline
• Once a match starts, teams cannot be edited
• Points are calculated based on actual player performance
• Rankings are determined by total fantasy points

Fair Play

• All users must adhere to fair play principles
• Cheating, manipulation, or unfair practices are strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to disqualify users who violate fair play rules
• Decisions made by Play Tribe Fun regarding contest outcomes are final

Match Cancellations

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related contests will be cancelled
• If a match is rescheduled, contests may be rescheduled or cancelled
• Official announcements will be made regarding cancelled matches

Platform Content

All content on Play Tribe Fun, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Play Tribe Fun or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (team names, profiles, etc.)
• By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You must not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

Trademarks

"Play Tribe Fun" and related logos are trademarks of Play Tribe Fun. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

Platform Availability

• We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime

Accuracy of Information

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of player statistics and scoring
• However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information
• Official match statistics from authorized cricket boards are considered final

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Play Tribe Fun is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (which is zero, as the platform is free)

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Play Tribe Fun

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You create multiple accounts
• You use automated tools or bots
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution
• If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws
• The arbitration shall take place in Bengaluru, Karnataka

• Sending email notifications for material changes

Your continued use of Play Tribe Fun after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
