Nature of Service — Education Only

PlayTribe is a free, text-only, education-only resource for learning fantasy sports concepts (e.g., roster construction, role balance). The site is non-transactional: no deposits, entry fees, payouts, withdrawals, or monetary rewards are offered or facilitated.

Eligibility

Use is limited to adults 18+. We verify age via date of birth at registration.

Access may be limited by region. The site is not available in the following Indian states/UTs and where prohibited by law: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu.

Accounts & Registration

• Registration has three steps: (1) name & date of birth (age check), (2) email & state, (3) username & password.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated in your Profile.
• Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Storage Model & Privacy

User data and practice lineups are stored as JSON inside .txt files on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details, retention, and user options (export/deletion).

Acceptable Use

• Use the site for learning only. Do not seek or imply monetary activity.
• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior; no spam or promotions.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

Content & Intellectual Property

• All site materials (text, UI, SVGs) are owned by Play Tribe Private Limited or its licensors.
• You may read and use materials for personal learning. No resale or commercial exploitation.
• Report alleged IP infringement via the Contact page (include sufficient detail for review).

Community & Leaderboard

Any community or “leaderboard” views are informational and read-only. They do not confer prizes, rankings linked to rewards, or financial outcomes.

Third-Party Links & Ads

External links (including advertisements) may appear. We do not control or endorse third-party content. Visiting third-party sites is at your discretion and subject to their terms/policies.

No Warranties

The site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for informational purposes. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Tribe Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the site.

Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, violate applicable law, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the site at any time; you may request account deletion via the Contact page.

Dispute Resolution — Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Seat & Venue: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Language: English.
• Arbitrator: Sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Act.
• Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive/interim relief from competent courts.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the site or these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
